Marina Serebryanaya

Born in Russia, Marina Serebryanaya obtained her Master's degree in Slavic languages from the Moscow State University, the best and most prestigious school of the former Soviet Union. She received her J.D. from Golden Gate University School of Law in 1996 and is an active member of the California State Bar. Ms. Serebryanaya is admitted to practice in the United States District Court for the Northern District of California, the United States District Court for the Central District of California and the United States Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit. She is an active member of the American Immigration Lawyers Association (AILA).

Corinne Goria

Corinne Goria graduated from U.C. Berkeley in 2001, receiving her B.A. with honors in International Conflict and Development Studies. She studied political science, education and art in South Africa and Italy, and worked as the international communications liaison for Centro Prodh, a human rights organization in Mexico City. As a law student at U.C. Hastings, Corinne participated in the Immigration Law Clinic under Richard Boswell and Karen Musalo, Director of the Center for Gender and Refugee Studies. In 2004, she began working towards a Masters of Arts Degree in Creative Writing at San Francisco State University, concurrent with her law degree. Corinne received her J.D. from Hastings in May 2006. She is proficient in French and Italian, and fluent in Spanish.
